RETURNS & REFUNDS

We apologise if you aren’t satisfied with your item from Specs London.

To request a return

Please note, that we do not cover the cost of postage to return to us.

Please note we only offer refunds if product packaging is unopened, the product is unused, the packaging is in a re-sellable condition and the refund request is made within 14 days of order.

We have a 14 day refund policy; from the day the item is ordered, you will have 14 days to request a return.

Please note that for multiple special collection purchases, individual items cannot be returned separately.

If you have requested a refund on an order which includes a promotional discount, you will be refunded the amount that has been paid.

Returns/Refunds are not available on sale items.

Refunds will be paid into the account that was used on the original order.

Card refunds can take between 5 - 10 days to show into your account.
